What counts as a connection

One active connection is one set-top box or one broadband line on your books. A customer with two boxes uses two.

Inactive and disconnected customers are not counted
Your count is checked when you add, not once a year
Imports are checked against the same cap
Move up a tier at any point in the year

Is there a setup fee?

No. Importing your subscriber list and configuring your provider portal is part of onboarding.

What if I outgrow my plan mid-year?

Move up a tier whenever you need to. Nothing stops working while you decide — you are told at the point you try to add the connection that would cross the line.

Do you take a cut of my collections?

No. What you collect is yours, and it settles into your own account through your own gateway.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Customers, bills, payments and the ledger export to Excel from the portal, with a column chooser, whenever you want them.

Is my provider supported?
